The dinosaur sensory kit ! All of us are fascinated with dinosaurs. Who wouldn’t be? Though they no longer are a mystery, they are depicted in so many ways, sometimes seen to be coexisting with humans in movies and cartoons, we tend to forget what they truly are.
Being every child’s favorite play figure, we decided this kit should resemble their natural habitat. The original one, one without humans.
So get your kits out and explore. Dig, find boney prints and some remains.
The sensory kit includes :
- Activity cards
- Rice husks – 20g
- Brown play dough (taste safe) – 200g
- 6 mini pine cones
- 3 dinosaurs
- Few pompoms assorted
- Few colored pasta assorted
- Dinosaur skeleton
- Two fossils (taste safe)
- 3 wood slices assorted sizes/shapes
- Chenille stems
- A twig assorted size/shape
- An egg and creeper leaves

The Dinosaur sensory kit engages three senses :
Touch – Different textures to feel.
Smell – Chocolate play dough to engage the olfactory.
Vision – Activity cards to improve hand – eye coordination.
WARNING: Whilst sensory kits are lots of fun, keep in mind that they do contain small parts and pose a choking hazard for children. Sensory Play should be closely monitored by an adult and we recommend they be played with under adult supervision. Once play is done, we encourage our parents to keep the kits out of the reach of babies and small kids. Not intended for children under 3.
